This lot is a refined field blend of Geisha cherries sourced from several smallholder producers across the high-altitude hills of Huila, Colombia. Geisha is one of the most celebrated varieties in the specialty world, prized for its elegant floral aromatics and crisp acidity. By combining harvests from multiple small farms, this coffee maintains the characteristic luminous clarity of the variety while introducing a deeper, more integrated sweetness. The washed processing ensures a transparent cup profile, allowing delicate notes of white peach and zesty lemon to take center stage, supported by a rich and lingering honeycomb finish. It is an exceptionally clean and balanced expression of Colombian terroir through a premium botanical lens.
