Pink Floyd is a funky anaerobic washed Red Bourbon from Jhoan Vergara at Finca Las Flores. The coffee underwent a controlled fermentation process in sealed tanks before being washed, a technique that amplifies its candy-like sweetness and fruit intensity. The result is a bright, playful cup with a distinct confectionery character, balanced by a smooth, creamy finish reminiscent of vanilla ice cream.
