This espresso blend combines dry-processed Catuaí from the Bobolink project in Brazil with fully washed Bourbon from small producers in the Antigua region of Guatemala. The mix of processes creates a balanced and sweet profile featuring notes of roasted nuts, chocolate, and caramel.
