This comfortable fully washed coffee comes from Finca La Unión, located north of the Acatenango volcano in Guatemala. Managed by Cesar Higueros, the farm has been in the family since the 1950s and is recognized for its commitment to sustainable practices and organic fertilizer development. A classic blend of Caturra and Bourbon varieties, this lot offers a sweet and approachable profile with rich notes of chocolate and brown sugar, balanced by the fruitiness of canned peach and a nutty almond finish.
