Pink Lady is a curated selection from smallholder farmers in the Sandona and Chachagüí municipalities of Nariño. This region is famous for its high-altitude terroir and volcanic soil, which often impart a bright yet structured sweetness to the coffee. A traditional washed process ensures a clean and balanced profile, emphasizing the sugar-browning notes of buttery toffee and smooth milk chocolate. With a crisp acidity reminiscent of red apple, this cup offers a refined and approachable example of the high-quality, "inviting" profiles characteristic of southern Colombia.
