A.M.O.C's /035² — Gesha is a Fully Washed lot from Daisy Acevedo and Freddy’s El Encanto project in Filandia, Northern Quindío, Colombia. The cherries are picked slightly overripe and undergo controlled resting and fermentation before slow greenhouse drying, resulting in an elegant cup reminiscent of Darjeeling tea with peach tones and a clean lime zest finish.
A Matter of Concrete is a specialty roastery based in the UNESCO World Heritage Van Nelle Factory in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Founded by Rob Clarijs, winner of Coffee Masters London 2019, the roastery utilizes a state-of-the-art Loring S35 Kestrel and a data-driven approach to source and roast stellar coffees based on blind cuppings and hard data.
